One Thing You Can Do to Start Detoxing NOW!

Starting your day with warm water and lemon juice is one of the easiest and effective things you can do to effectively assist your body’s natural detoxification processes. Simply squeeze the juice of half a lemon into a mug of hot water and enjoy upon waking. We went over all the benefits of lemons above. Sipping hot water acts as a digestive cleanse and helps to flush out the lymphatic system. Lemon water is also extremely alkalizing to the body once digested!

Also good to know: Dehydration is a major factor in weight gain. Drinking warm water with lemon aids us in re-hydrating our bodies and gives us an extra fat-burning boost. I like to drink lots of warm water throughout the day to keep my digestive fire going!
