Serves 2
1 ripe banana, cut in half and frozen for at least an hour
1/2 pint strawberries (or berry of choice)
1/4 c raw cacao powder
1/4 c coconut oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 TBSP raw honey
pinch or two sea salt
1. Melt all ingredients in a sauce pan over lowest heat until smooth. (Stir constantly!)
2. Dip bananas and berries into chocolate sauce until fully coated. Lay on wax paper and freeze for another 1-2 hours.
