Serves 3-4
1/3 cup dried chia seeds (do not pre-soak)
1 cup almond, hemp, or rice milk (cold)
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
6 medium strawberries (cold)
raw honey (to taste, optional)
1 tsp raw cacao powder (to add chocolate! optional)
1. In a blender, blend the strawberries, milk and vanilla together.
2. Pour over the chia seeds and stir. Let sit for about 2 minutes and stir again. Cover the pudding and let it sit for another 20 minutes. Add raw honey and/or cacao if desired. Once the pudding is thick, stir once more and serve.
