(makes 1 smoothie)
1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (sans sugar), vanilla or chocolate
1-2 TBSP almond or cashew butter
1-2 TBSP chia seeds
½-1 tsp chaga (click to the right for my fav chaga source)
½ tsp cinnamon
Handful spinach, chard, or baby kale
Handful raw cacao nibs
1.5-2 c unsweetened nut or coconut milk
Blend. Drink. Kick ass.
