So many women have been there… questioning whether you’re drinking too much. Maaaybe you’re thinking about quitting. But the usual stop-drinking routes don’t feel like a good fit. Join us on Saturday, April 20 from 10am – 12pm to explore your relationship to drinking, find that support and learn ways to support a booze-free lifestyle (or even just a start!).
Do you:
- Secretly worry that you’re drinking too much?
- Wonder if it’s getting in the way of things?
- Feel like living a booze-free life seems impossible?
- Want to connect with other women in the same boat?
Curious? Join us (+ other women like you!) for a morning of connection, self-care, tools + techniques to support your health + happiness, sans alcohol.
If you’re worrying that you’re drinking too much, it’s a sign that something is off. You’re wanting a happy, healthy lifestyle where you don’t feel dragged down by the wine. (And, you want to feel free from worrying about it in the first place.) This event is appropriate for anyone who’s thinking about quitting. But it’s also for people early in alcohol sobriety, or in general, just curious about ways to support your brain, body, and spirit in this journey.
